On February 8, 2026, NAMOW had the pleasure of attending the Japan National Day Reception in the Kingdom of Bahrain, held in celebration of the birthday of His Majesty Emperor Naruhito. The event was hosted by the Embassy of Japan in Bahrain and led by Ambassador Asako Okai, bringing together government officials, members of the diplomatic community, and business leaders from across the region.
It was an elegant and welcoming evening that highlighted the close relationship between Japan and Bahrain, not only at a government level but also through cultural and business connections. Occasions like this show how international relationships grow through conversation, shared experiences, and mutual respect.
For NAMOW, it was a meaningful opportunity to be part of such a special event while introducing our brand in an international setting. We were proud to have a booth at the venue, where we shared our Japanese skincare philosophy and products with guests from a wide range of professional backgrounds. Throughout the evening, we had many warm and positive conversations, and it was inspiring to see strong interest in Japanese beauty approaches that focus on skin health, simplicity, and long term care.
A memorable moment for our team was CEO Tomomi reconnecting with Ambassador Okai. Having the chance to meet again in Bahrain made the occasion even more special and reminded us how valuable long standing relationships are, both in diplomacy and in business.
